Alzheimer’s Association, Illinois Chapter Partners with Covenant United Church of Christ to Host Alzheimer’s Informational and Health Fair

The Alzheimer’s Association, Illinois Chapter, in collaboration with Covenant United Church of Christ, is excited to announce an Alzheimer’s Informational and Health Fair on Saturday, March 22, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Barbara W. Smith Family Life Center located at 1130 E. 154th Street, South Holland, IL 60473.
This free event will provide invaluable resources and expert guidance for individuals and families impacted by Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Guests will have the chance to engage in on-site cognitive screenings, attend informative presentations from dementia experts, and discover how activities like line dancing can improve brain health and overall well-being.

• On-Site Cognitive Screenings: Free, confidential screenings to assess cognitive health.
