"SILAS PURNELL COLLEGE EXPO - IS BACK !!! "
Chicago- The Chesterfield Community Council is hosting the return of the "Silas Purnell College Expo" on Saturday, September 10; at 11:00 am at Tuley Park Fieldhouse, 90th & King Drive.
This 16th annual free event is designed to expose high school students to various colleges, universities, trade schools, financial aid, and scholarships. This event was on hold due to the pandemic. The late Silas Purnell is credited with assisting more than 50,000 students with admissions and financial aid for colleges and universities throughout the country during his career at Ada S. Mckinley Community Services.
