Langston Hughes Elementary School located in the Roseland community was chosen by United Fidelity Bank through Liberman Technology, a software company located in Evansville, Indiana. Liberman Technology, which was working with the elementary school asked Fidelity Bank to provide funding to assist the school with the PBIS program. Liberman Technology is also the original creators of the PBIS software program.
