Rahm Emanuel - Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel sought to persuade undecided voters to re-elect him at The 21st Annual Black Women's Expo last weekend.  Emanuel and his opponent, Jesus "Chuy" Garcia, both made speeches at The Black Women's Expo before the April 7 mayoral election.  The Black Women's Expo was again held at McCormick Place, 2301 S.
