LISC OPENS APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2025 CHICAGO NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT AWARDS
Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) has announced that applications are open for the 2025 Chicago Neighborhood Development Awards (CNDAs) and The Richard H. Driehaus Foundation Award for Architectural Excellence in Community Design. Applications are due by Dec. 20. Now in its 31st year, the CNDAs celebrate both nonprofit and for-profit developers, as well as architectural innovation, that contribute to the vibrancy of Chicago’s neighborhoods.

With over 800 guests in attendance, the event raised an impressive $746,000 and counting, fueling ACS’s mission to end cancer as we know it for everyone.

Dr. Edmund Moore was in the middle of a divorce when he decided to write his two daughters a letter a week about a different topic for 52 weeks. He ended up publishing those letters in a book titled, “With a Father’s Love: 52 Weekly Letters to My Beloved Daughters.”
