ATTORNEY GENERAL RAOUL SECURES WIN IN CHALLENGE TO ALBERTSONS, KROGER MERGER
Attorney General Kwame Raoul announced the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon granted a preliminary injunction in Raoul’s lawsuit challenging the proposed merger between Albertsons and Kroger.
