Since opening in November 2023, Nettare has made its mark by showcasing the best of the Midwest and Great Lakes region, proving that fine dining sensibilities can thrive in an approachable, neighborhood setting. The café revamp extends this ethos, bringing the same commitment to craft and hospitality to the city’s coffee culture.

A Coffee Program Built for Enthusiasts: Nettare’s café will ditch batch-brewed coffee in favor of by-the-cup preparation, emphasizing handcrafted espresso drinks and pour-over coffee. The menu will feature a rotating selection of multiple roasts, offering guests more variety and a higher level of quality.

Commitment to Local Sourcing: The café will highlight Metric Coffee, Rare Tea Cellars, Kilgus Farmstead dairy, and Elmhurst oat milk, reinforcing Nettare’s focus on high-quality, responsibly sourced ingredients from the Midwest and Great Lakes region.

A Space Designed for Comfort: The café’s redesign includes a larger, more functional counter, allowing for faster, more efficient service while maintaining an inviting atmosphere. The restaurant will also be open for guests and is fully equipped with skylights, ample seating, WiFi, and easy access to outlets, making it a perfect place to to work from home at Nettare.
