Cima Restaurant, located adjacent to the newly reimagined Hyatt Centric Chicago O’Hare, has officially opened its doors, offering guests and locals alike an elevated yet approachable dining experience that blends warm hospitality with the vibrance of Mediterranean flavors. Conveniently located at 6350 N. River Road, just under two miles from Chicago O’Hare International Airport, Cima is ideally positioned for travelers and locals looking for an exceptional experience without venturing far from the city’s gateway.
Cima is the culinary centerpiece of a large-scale revitalization of the Hyatt Centric Chicago O’Hare that includes an adjacent lobby bar and bistro market featuring Dark Matter Coffee and Molly’s Cupcakes. Guests can dine indoors where warm woods and supple leather are balanced by clean marble and bright foliage or enjoy al fresco meals on the 50-seat patio. The outdoor space transforms into an enclosed retreat during the spring and summer—ideal for both casual dining and intimate events.

At Cima, every menu is a celebration of community and craft—rooted and brought to life with Mediterranean inspiration. This relationship-driven approach to cuisine reflects a deep respect for seasonality, sustainability, and local partners including Nichols Farm & Orchard, Ellis Family Farms, Four Star Mushrooms, Slagel Farms, and Niman Ranch. From breakfast through dinner, the menus are bright, inviting and flavor-forward. Lunch offerings feature dishes like herb-marinated skirt steak salad, shawarma wraps and a lamb burger layered with Mediterranean spice, while dinner expands into a selection of small plates, hearty handhelds and refined large plates perfect for sharing—including branzino with saffron couscous, rosemary-marinated lamb chops and an ample menu of steak selections.
The bar bites menu brings elevated comfort to the table with dirty fries tossed in herb vinaigrette and feta dipping sauce, marinated olives and fried almonds, along with chef-curated meat and cheese boards. Guests can look forward to an evolving lineup of culinary experiences including weekend brunches, a rotating chef series, curated dinners and more—all designed to keep the flavors fresh and the community engaged.
Cima’s cocktail menu showcases a refined mix of signature and classic sips—including their signature French 75—alongside expertly crafted favorites like the paper plane, classic and espresso martinis, and a patio favorite, the Aperol spritz.
