South Suburban College Men’s Basketball Wins Midwest Region 4B District Championship; Advances to NJCAA National Tournament
South Holland, IL – The South Suburban College Men’s Basketball team captured another milestone victory after defeating Rock Valley College 74–70 to claim the Midwest Region 4B District Championship. The victory marks the 14th Regional Championship in program history for the Bulldogs, continuing a tradition of excellence on the court.
With the win, the Bulldogs have earned a berth in the 2026 NJCAA Division II Men's Basketball Championship, which will take place in Danville. South Suburban enters the national tournament as the #9 seed and will face #8 seed Ellsworth Community College in the opening round.
