COOK COUNTY COMMISSIONER DR. KISHA MCCASKILL OFFICIALLY
OPENS DOORS TO THE 5TH DISTRICT SERVICE OFFICE
(Markham, IL) Kisha McCaskill- Cook County Commissioner of the 5th District- was joined by scores of elected officials, business leaders, and residents as she officially opened the doors to her all-new full-service office for residents of the district.
The spacious office allows for moderate-sized town hall meetings, full-service staffing, and other aspects that will accommodate the needs of the residents without traveling downtown. The fabulous office is located at 3039 W. 159th Street in Markham, Illinois.
“Our new Markham office is centrally located where our constituents will have few problems locating. Additionally, it offers space to truly accommodate the needs of our residents. I am grateful for the hardworking staff who provide me with the daily support to communicate with every resident, business leader and elected officials.” says Commissioner McCaskill.
Since being sworn into office in January, Commissioner McCaskill has wasted no time in establishing ties across all sectors and organizations throughout the district. She delivered county services to many municipalities and has successfully brought many of the county agencies into the neighborhoods throughout the 5th District.
“What Commissioner McCaskill has achieved in a short period of time is truly remarkable. The Southland is extremely fortunate to have her as our new Commissioner. She answers every call, listens attentively to our concerns, and delivers on demand.” says Rich Township Supervisor and Democratic Committeeman Calvin Jordan.
Illinois State Representative Debbie Meyers-Martin added, “Even prior to her appointment as Commissioner, Dr. McCaskill enjoyed the reputation of being a best-in-class community organizer. The way she has coalesced individuals from all levels of society in this short period is amazing.
Commissioner McCaskill was amazed at the abundance of people who stopped by to take notice of the district office. Her staff were ready to receive constituent service requests and offered refreshments to all in attendance.
