This year’s music talent featured R&B Artist is Chicago’s very own Terisa Griffin. Also on the ticket was the popular group Vibe Music Live headed by well-known music producer and musician, Montage Pheloan.
The Village of Matteson kicked off Memorial Day with fun and honor! For many, the three-day weekends is a time to relax, BBQ, and enjoy family, and that was the vision for this year's Memorial Day Fun in Matteson.
Rich Township Supervisor Calvin Jordan added, “This event has always been filled with unity, fellowship, and fun. But it also speaks volumes to the level of cooperation in which the Village of Matteson extends to Rich Township and all the surrounding communities. I applaud Mayor Chalmers-Currin, Matteson Village Manager Anthony Burton and the entire administration. Everything was planned in a spirit of excellence.”
