* At 647 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
that heavy rain was falling over the area. The heavy rain will
cause flooding. One to two inches of rain has already fallen.
Four Mile Run and Cameron Run streams are rising and will surpass
flood stage soon. Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches
are possible.

Arlington, Alexandria, Annandale, Springfield, Fort Hunt, Groveton,
Huntington, Fort Belvoir, Burke, Lincolnia, Lorton, Franconia,
