    * At 113 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
    the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Virginia Beach, Princess Anne, Oceana, Rudee Heights, North
    Virginia Beach, Dam Neck, Oceana NAS, Macons Corner and London
    Bridge.
    Additional rainfall of around 1 inch is expected over the area
    through 3 PM. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
