* At 419 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported minor flooding of
roadways in the Great Bridge area of Chesapeake. Up to 1.5 inches
of rain has already fallen. Additional rainfall of 1-2 inches is
expected over the area through 6 PM. This additional rain will
result in minor flooding.
