    * Until 630 PM EDT.
    * At 425 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding. Overflowing poor
    drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area.
    Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Petersburg, Waverly, Disputanta, Fort Lee, Prince George, New
    Bohemia, Richard Bland College, Prince George Golf, Petersburg
    National Battlefield and Barham.
    Additional rainfall of 1 to 3 inches is expected over the area. This
    additional rain will result in minor flooding.
