    WEDNESDAY...
    * WHAT...Light sleet and freezing rain. A coating of sleet and ice
    accumulations of a trace to a couple of hundredths of an inch
    are expected.
    * WHERE...In Maryland, Charles. In Virginia, Stafford and
    Spotsylvania.
    * WHEN...From 3 AM to 8 AM EST Wednesday.
    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light sleet and freezing rain will
    overspread the area between 2 am and 5 am early Wednesday
    morning. Precipitation will change to all rain by 8 am. The
    light glaze of ice may result in difficult travel conditions,
    including during the morning commute on Wednesday.
