    At 1244 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
    rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already
    fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
    Excessive rainfall over the warned area will cause mud slides near
    steep terrain. The mud slide can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and
    other loose materials.

    At 538 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that rainfall has diminished
    within the warned area with only light to moderate rainfall
    remaining in the area at this time. Flash flooding was reported
    about an hour ago. Excessive runoff of rain water on saturated
    ground will likely continue for a bit longer.
    Excessive rainfall over the warned area may cause mud slides near
    steep terrain. The mud slide can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and
    other loose materials.
