    At 337 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
    that heavy rain had fallen over the area. Up to three and a half
    inches of rain fell in a short period of time. Heavy rain has ended
    but the threat of flooding will continue through late afternoon.

    Sperryville, Castleton, Criglersville, Slate Mills, Etlan, Nethers,
    Woodville, Syria, Five Forks, Banco, Rock Mills, Aylor and Boston.
