    snow, sleet and freezing rain will occur before transitioning to
    mostly rain during this afternoon.

    AFTERNOON...
    * WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Trace amounts of sleet and
    additional light ice accumulations are expected.
    * WHERE...Portions of southwest and west central Virginia.
    * WHEN...Until 2 PM EST this afternoon.
    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The ice will result in difficult travel
    conditions. Be prepared for reduced visibilities at times.
