* At 931 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
that heavy rain has fallen across the warned area. Five to eight
inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring
and numerous roadways are impassable and extremely dangerous.
This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for AMELIA, POWHATAN, WESTERN
NOTTOWAY, AND NORTHEASTERN LUNENBURG COUNTIES!. This is a
