    The National Weather Service in Wakefield has issued a Dense Fog
    Advisory, which is in effect until 7 AM EST this morning.
    * AREAS AFFECTED: Portions of Metro Richmond.
    * VISIBILITIES: One quarter mile or less.
    * TIMING: Through 7 am, visibilities are expected to improve
    after that.
    * IMPACTS: Dense fog will make travel difficult early this
    morning.
