    * Until 1215 PM EDT.
    * At 1021 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
    Up to 2-3 inches of rain have already fallen during the past hour.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Lancaster, Heathsville, Wicomico Church, Lara, Browns Store,
    Somers, Regina, Mollusk, Alfonso, Slabtown, Avalon, Nuttsville,
    Belle Isle State Park, Howland, Lively, Dodlyt and Beanes Corner.
    Additional rainfall of 1-2 inches is expected over the area through
    1130 AM. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
