* At 1125 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to training
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
One to two inches of rain have already fallen with another one to
two inches possible. The heaviest rainfall is expected across the
southwest corner of the county.

South Hill, Clarksville, Boydton, Buffalo Springs, Nelson,
Beechwood, John H Kerr Dam, Finchley, Skipwith, Rogers Corner,
