    * At 832 PM EDT, the reporting gauge on the Mattaponi River at
    Beulahville continued to indicate water levels above minor flood
    stage. This indicates that the river is out of its banks and some
    roads in the area near the river may be impacted with flood
    waters. Motorists are urged to heed any high water or road closed
    signs.

    * At 1107 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
    that heavy rain has fallen over the warned area. Three to six
    inches of rain have fallen. Runoff from heavy rain will continue
    to result in significant rises of creek and rivers overnight into
    Friday morning. This is a very dangerous situation. Do not drive
    through high water and seek higher ground if necessary.
