    Advisory, which is in effect until 4 AM EST Saturday.
    * AREAS AFFECTED: Northeast North Carolina, Southeast Virginia and
    the Virginia Eastern Shore.
    * HAZARDS...Areas of dense fog with severely reduced visibilities.
    * VISIBILITIES: 1/4 mile or less.
    * TIMING...Through early Saturday morning. Fog in some areas may
    last through mid morning.
    * IMPACTS...Widespread dense fog will create hazardous driving
    conditions.
