    * At 843 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
    Two to three inches of rain have already fallen over the past few
    hours.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Newport News, Hampton, Smithfield, Hampton University, Langley AFB,
    Christopher Newport University, Patrick Henry Field, Portsmouth,
    Isle Of Wight, Northampton, Rescue, Buckroe Beach, Grand View, Lee
    Hall, Denbigh, Tabb, Fort Monroe, Beaconsdale, Fort Eustis and
    Rushmere.
    Additional rainfall of one to two inches is expected over the area.
    This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

    SOUTHWESTERN SOUTHAMPTON COUNTY...
    At 1001 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported that the heavy rain
    that fell earlier caused portions of Fullers Mill Rd to be closed
    and it remains closed at this time. However, the heavy rain fall as
    come to an end and water is beginning to recede. Any additional
    water problems should also continue to improve over the next hour.

    Boykins, Newsoms, Branchville, Sunbeam, Shiloh and Little Texas.
