    TONIGHT...
    The Flash Flood Watch continues for
    * Portions of central Virginia and northwest Virginia, including
    the following areas, in central Virginia, Albemarle, Central
    Virginia Blue Ridge, Greene, and Nelson. In northwest
    Virginia, Madison, Northern Virginia Blue Ridge, and
    Rappahannock.
    * Until midnight EDT tonight
    * Additional showers are likely with scattered thunderstorms
    through this evening. Locally heavy rain is possible during
    this time.
    * Total rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected, with
    locally higher amounts in excess of 6 inches possible...
    especially over east facing slopes of higher terrain. This
    rain may result in rapid rises of water on creeks and streams
    as well as urban areas.
