    At 1029 AM EDT, stream gauges continued to indicate flooding on
    Opequon Creek along the Frederick and Clarke County border. The
    stream is receding, but the warning will likely be extended shortly
    since flooding is still ongoing.

    * At 818 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that moderate to heavy rain
    was moving back into the area. The heavy rain will likely lead to
    flooding overnight. Up to one and a half inches of rain has
    already fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of around an inch are
    possible.
    * Stream gauges also indicate rising water levels. Cedar Creek near
    Winchester and Opequon Creek near Berryville are among the streams
    which may flood tonight.
