    At 411 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
    Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. In Franklin county,
    the Department of Transportation reported that Ashpone Tavern Road
    and Route 689 were closed due to flooding. Several creeks and
    streams were near bankfull.
