    Southeastern Essex County in east central Virginia...
    * Until 1015 PM EDT.
    * At 711 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
    Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Tappahannock, Millers Tavern, Stevensville, Center Cross,
    Dunnsville, Howertons, Upright, Ino, Rexburg, Walkerton, Crouch,
    Henley Fork, Mount Landing, Brays Fork, Bruington and Dunbrooke.
    Additional rainfall of up to one inch is expected over the area.
    This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
