    MORNING...
    * AREAS AFFECTED: Portions of central and eastern Virginia, and
    portions of the lower Maryland eastern shore, mainly Dorchester
    County and the immediate Atlantic coast.
    * VISIBILITIES: One quarter mile or less.
    * TIMING: Through 10 am, visibilities are expected to improve
    after that.
    * IMPACTS: Dense fog will make travel difficult early this
    morning.
