issued a Freeze Warning, which is in effect from midnight tonight
to 10 AM EDT Monday.
* TEMPERATURES...As low as 32.
* TIMING...Now through sunrise.
* WINDS...Northwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* IMPACTS...Freezing temperatures could kill sensitive
vegetation and damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. Gusty
winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be
blown down and a few power outages may result.

* AREAS AFFECTED: Much of central Virginia.
* HAZARDS: Strong wind gusts.
* WINDS: Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* TIMING: Through early Friday morning.
* IMPACTS: Continued strong winds will cause downed trees and
scattered power outages.
