    At 531 PM EDT, emergency management officials reported numerous
    roads remain blocked by high water. Stream gauges indicate flooding
    is ongoing on many area streams and creeks. In addition, the dams on
    Toms Branch and at Robinson Hollow were near overflowing into
    emergency spillways which would cause flooding downstream in the
    South River basin and on Back Creek.

    Staunton, Waynesboro, Stuarts Draft, Crimora, Sherando, Shipman,
    Schuyler, Wintergreen, Montebello, Afton, Fishersville, Verona,
    Weyers Cave, Lyndhurst, Nellysford, Greenville, New Hope, Arrington,
    Mount Sidney and Lovingston.
