    * At 248 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.
    Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches will be possible
    through 530 pm EDT. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding, especially in urban and low mall stream flooding in
    lying areas.
