    CHARLOTTESVILLE AND THE EASTERN CITY OF WAYNESBORO...
    At 556 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
    that heavy rain was falling over portions of the warned area. Many
    rain reports of between one and three inches have been received.
    Additional rainfall amounts of one to possibly two inches are
    possible. Flash flooding is expected as rainfall runoff continues
    especially in areas immediately adjacent to the Blue Ridge.
