...PATCHY DENSE FOG OVER THE VIRGINIA PIEDMONT AND INTERIOR
SOUTHEAST VIRGINIA EARLY THIS MORNING...
Patchy dense fog has developed over much of the Virginia Piedmont
and interior southeast southeast Virginia early this morning. A
few observation sites have reported 1/4-1/2 mile visibility. Not
all locations will see fog, but in the places it has formed, it
could remain dense prior to and just after sunrise.
Motorists should be alert for sudden changes in visibility due to
the areas of dense fog. Drive at reduced speeds...watch for
children at school bus stops...and use low beam headlights only.
