    * At 908 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
    minor flooding in the advisory area. The heaviest of the rain was
    occurring in eastern Charlotte County near Keysville.

    Charlotte Court House...
    and Dillwyn.
    There have been reports of standing water in fields and yards.
    As this rain runs off, expect rapid rises along small streams
    and creeks. The high rainfall rates will also cause ponding of
    water on roads.
