    At 844 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned
    area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding
    will continue. The Slate river near Arvonia is at 13.8 feet and out
    of its banks and flooding. Watch for flooding along Randolph creek.
