    The National Weather Service in Wakefield has issued a Wind
    Advisory, which is in effect until 6 AM EST Saturday. The High
    Wind Warning has been cancelled.
    * AREAS AFFECTED: Central and Southern Virginia...and interior
    Northeast North Carolina.
    * HAZARDS: Strong wind gusts.
    * WINDS: Northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 to 45 mph.
    * TIMING: this evening through early Saturday morning.
    * IMPACTS: Strong wind gusts may cause downed tree limbs and
    small trees. Scattered power outages are possible.
