    At 932 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain has ended
    across the warned area. Flash flooding continues with the runoff
    from Thursday`s heavy rain. Several roads remained closed due to
    flooding. Many creeks and streams are out of their banks and
    flooding.

    Bedford...
    Altavista...
    and Yanceyville.
