    * Until 1015 AM EDT.
    * At 808 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
    Up to two inches of rain has already fallen across western
    Mecklenburg county with additional storms expected to move north
    over the same areas from North Carolina. Another one to two inches
    of rain will be possible.

    South Hill, Chase City, Victoria, Lawrenceville, Kenbridge,
    Brodnax, Brunswick, Lunenburg, Clarksville, La Crosse, Boydton,

    Ebony, Nelson and Bacons Fork.
