...BITTER COLD WIND CHILLS AND STRONG WINDS THROUGH FRIDAY...
.Arctic air will continue to invade the region on very strong
northwest winds tonight into Friday. Bitter and dangerous wind
chills will occur across the entire area, with the coldest wind
chills in the higher elevations Friday morning. Strong winds will
gust at times between 30 to 50 mph, especially along and west of
the Blue Ridge tonight.

* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills expected. Dangerously cold
wind chills possible. The dangerously cold wind chills will
cause frostbite in as little as 10 minutes to exposed skin.
Expect wind chills to range from 5 below zero to 20 below
zero. Wind chills could range from 0 to 20 below zero.
* WHERE...Bath County.
* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, until noon EST Friday. For
the Wind Chill Watch, from Friday afternoon through Saturday
morning.

dead trees which could result in power outages. Snow and blowing
