cold wind chills will cause frostbite in as little as 10 minutes
to exposed skin. Expect wind chills to range from 5 below zero
in the valleys, to 25 below zero along the higher mountain
ridges where winds will remain the strongest. Northwest winds of
15 to 25 mph are likely along these mountain ridges.
