    The Flash Flood Watch continues for
    * Portions of Maryland, The District of Columbia, and northern
    Virginia, including the following areas, in Maryland, Anne
    Arundel, Central and Southeast Howard, Central and Southeast
    Montgomery, Prince Georges, Southeast Harford, and Southern
    Baltimore. The District of Columbia. In northern Virginia,
    Arlington/Falls Church/Alexandria, Fairfax, and Prince
    William/Manassas/Manassas Park.
    * Until 6 PM EDT this evening
    * Another round of scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms
    with locally heavy rain is expected this afternoon.
    * Locally heavy rainfall in a short period of time may result in
    rapid rises on creeks and streams and in urban areas,
    especially given the saturated ground.
