    * Until 530 AM CDT
    * At 228 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain moving north
    across the area that will cause minor flooding in the advisory
    area. Based on radar estimates up to two inches of rain have
    already fallen in spots that saw rainfall on Saturday and have
    been very saturated over the last week. Rainfall rates of one to
    two inches per hour on very saturated ground will cause minor
    flooding across the advisory area.

    Natalia, Lacoste, North Pearsall, Moore, D`Hanis, Noonan, Quihi,
