    * Until 100 PM CDT
    * At 1048 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain moving from the
    south into the earlier affected areas. Therefore, the Flood
    Advisory has been extended for the same areas as new moderate to
    localized heavy rain is expected for the next couple of hours. Up
    to two inches of rainfall has already fallen over some areas with
    more rain to come within the next few hours.
    * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    New Braunfels, Schertz, Seguin, Cibolo, Cuero, Luling, Kenedy,
    Karnes City, Yorktown, Stockdale, Kosciusko, Randolph AFB,
    McQueeney, Nixon, St. Hedwig, La Vernia, Martindale, Marion, Runge
    and Kingsbury.
    Additional rainfall of one inch is possible over these areas. This
    additional rain will result in minor flooding.
