    * Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
    * Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
    * Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by early
    Wednesday morning.
    * Impact...At 13.0 feet...Moderate lowland flooding inundates secondary roads
    and low bridges. Flow enters the lowest areas of the city park.
