    The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a Wind
    Advisory, which is in effect from 1 PM this afternoon to 8 PM CDT
    this evening.
    * WINDS...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
    * TIMING...early afternoon through early evening.
    * IMPACTS...Winds could cause travel problems for high profile
    vehicles, and blow around loose outdoor furniture. Areas of
    blowing dusts is also possible.
