    NORTHWESTERN WICHITA...SOUTHEASTERN FOARD...EASTERN KNOX...WILBARGER
    AND NORTHERN BAYLOR COUNTIES...
    At 137 PM CDT, City officials reported up to one foot of water
    flowing in some city streets in Electra. Heavy rainfall continues
    over the warned area...and up to 3 inches of rainfall has already
    occurred.
    Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Vernon, Seymour, Munday, Knox City, Electra, Goree, Red Springs,
    Harrold, Bomarton, Lockett, Lake Kemp, Vera, Oklaunion, Grayback,
    Rhineland and Haynesville.
    Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches are possible in the
    warned area.
