    * Flood Advisory for...
    East central Wheeler County in the Panhandle of Texas...
    * Until 1030 PM CDT
    * At 832 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
    Two to four inches of rain have already fallen.
    * Flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of east central
    Wheeler County.
